We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping. 

Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 3-6 business days. During promotional or sale periods, kindly allow our team 5-8 business days to process your order.

Anovia apparel Inc. use UPS, Canada Post & DHL as needed (untracked lettermail, orders to PO Boxes, international orders are sent via Canada Post)  to ship your order worldwide. If you do not see your country listed for shipping, or require rush shipping, please contact us via email at help.anovia@gmail.com

Anovia apparel Inc. is not held responsible for:

- Problems with PO Box addresses
- Errors made by the chosen mail carrier
- Incorrect addresses provided by customers
- Damage to items during shipping by the postal service
- Packages stolen after delivery (we do not advise using Canada Post’s “safe drop” option)

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are computed by our carriers based on factors including your order's total value, weight, package volume, and destination.
*International Orders:* Please be aware that international orders may incur additional duties, taxes, or VAT charges upon delivery, depending on the regulations of your country.

Delivery Time

Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days (this does not include weekends/holidays). Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected.

Estimated ETA once your package has shipped (Tracked Packages)

Vancouver & Lower Mainland: 2-5 business days

Rest of Canada: 5-10 business days

United States: 7-10 Business days

International: 10-15 Business days

FREE SHIPPING:

Shipping promotions apply only to standard shipping services (not priority, expedited, or rush shipping). To qualify for free shipping, orders must meet the minimum spend before taxes. Orders that receive free shipping will ship out at no cost. However, returns or exchanges for items in those orders do not qualify for free return shipping. The customer is responsible for return shipping and any additional shipping costs. If an order qualifies for free shipping but is returned in such a way that the total falls below the minimum spend required for free shipping, a $10 admin fee will be deducted from the refund to cover shipping and administrative costs.

If an order is returned to us due to an address error provided by the customer, the return shipping charges will be the customer's responsibility (this also applies to orders with Free Shipping Promotions).

Orders containing a pre-ordered item (an item that is not yet ready to ship) will be held and shipped together once the entire order is complete, with all items being sent in a single shipment.
