Return Policy

Inquiries are handled individually, with our primary goal being customer satisfaction. We take pride in our designs and products, which undergo a thorough inspection to ensure quality. Each request is considered fairly and reasonably. We believe that by treating our customers with fairness and respect, we foster a mutually courteous and positive experience.

If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at help.anovia@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange or refund. Items must be in new condition with tags attached and accompanied by the original receipt or invoice. All return and shipping/handling costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Merchandise must be unworn, odour free, stain free, with sewn in tags in tact, no stretching, and not washed.

If the item we receive is damaged, we will not be able to process your exchange as requested. 

PLEASE NOTE THAT MADE-TO-ORDER CUSTOM-DESIGN PRINTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND.

SALE/CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE

Seasonal, Holiday and event-related items (e.g., Christmas, Halloween, Valentine’s Day, Super Bowl, etc.) are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit within two weeks of the designated holiday or event.

Sale items purchased during Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day, Annual Birthday Sale, Large Sale, Clearance events, or promotions can only be exchanged.

Orders paid via e-transfer are not eligible for a refund and will receive online store credit only.

Defects

We strive for perfection, which is why each product undergoes three inspections during our quality control process. If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact us at help.anovia@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and a photo of the item so we can work with you to make it right.
